1. General Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided by PackPro Movers & Logistics Limited (“PackPro”, “we”, “us”) for general informational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep the content accurate and up-to-date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability of the site or the services described.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted following an on-site survey or where actual volume, distance, access conditions, packing materials or additional services differ from what was originally declared. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of Ghana VAT, NHIL and GETFund levies where applicable.

3. Limitation of Liability

PackPro's liability for loss or damage to goods in our care is limited to the terms set out in your signed service agreement. We are not liable for damage to items of extraordinary value (cash, jewellery, securities, antiques, art, data) unless declared in writing in advance and covered by separate insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical or electronic failure of appliances without external evidence of mishandling, or damage caused by acts beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

4. Insurance

Standard transit cover is included for relocations within Ghana. Comprehensive all-risk insurance is available on request at additional cost and must be arranged before the move date.

5. Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for ensuring building access, parking, lift bookings and all required permissions at both origin and destination. Hazardous materials, perishables, firearms and illegal items will not be transported.

6. Privacy

Personal data submitted through quote forms, the chat assistant or invoices is used solely to provide our services, issue invoices and follow up with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or by trusted processors (e.g. payment, email and hosting providers) acting on our behalf. Chat transcripts may be retained to improve service quality.

7. AI Assistant Notice

Our 24/7 chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer common questions and capture quote requests. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. Binding quotations, contracts and invoices are issued only by authorised PackPro staff.

8. Intellectual Property

The PackPro name, logo, tagline (“Pack & Unpack with Ease”) and all site content are the property of PackPro Movers & Logistics Limited. Client names and logos featured on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used to indicate prior engagements only.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra.
